UWA Online Shop refund and exchange policy
We want you to love your new UWA product and enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange purchases made in our online store.
Refund and Exchange Policy and Instructions
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products (other than gift vouchers or sale stock), subject to the following conditions:
Note: Postage & handling costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased individually on their own invoice. Postage & handling costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
No items will be refunded or exchanged without proof of purchase. This may include the original invoice or bank statement indicating payment has been taken.
Items purchased at one of our pop-up shops on campus or at an event cannot be returned via online return postage. Faulty Items Returns
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 21 days with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional costs incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are made in Australian dollars, exchange rates may vary from day to day and any changes in rates will not be refunded to the purchaser.
Return Instructions For Online Purchases
All purchases made at shopuwa.com.au can be exchanged or refunded by return post.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online via post, please contact our Customer Service Team during the hours of 9am to 5:00pm AWST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on either phone or email as below:

Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your return to arrive in our warehouse and an additional 10 business days for refunds to show in your bank account. We will endeavour to have any items returned for exchange sent back to you within 5 business days of receiving them in our warehouse.
Gift Vouchers and sale stock
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on gift vouchers or sale stock unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees; or where otherwise required by law.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
